8 oz. Milk
1 Medium Banana
1 Tbsp Peanut Butter, smooth or crunchy
Dash of Cinnamon (Optional)
5 Ice Cubes

Put all ingredients in a blender and blend 1 and a half minutes and Enjoy!!
